A Delicious Seblak From Tuban, East Java (Seblak Minguns)

Seblak is one of special food from Sunda, especially from Bandung, West Java. The main ingredients are wet chips, chili, onion, garlic, sugar, and salt. It is also sometimes mixed with vegetables, sausage, meatball, chicken feet, etc.

Now, you will not be difficult to find Seblak. You do not need to go to Bandung, West Java just to find the food, you can buy it by social media, because some of sellers sell it in dry condition, so you can order it and sent by courier to your home and cook it in your home by yourselves. Or you can also find it in other cities around Indonesia.

Two years ago, I went to Tuban, East Java to accompany my nephew to visit his friends. We were also visited some places there, like: Akbar cave, Cemara beach, China temple of Kwan Sing Bio and found some good places to go culinary. One of the best place was Seblak Minguns. That was my first experience to go to Seblak Minguns.

In my opinion, Seblak Minguns has very delicious taste with appropriate measurement of each ingredients. It has some level of spicies. Fist, I tasted it, I was tried level of four, I could not enjoyed the food, It was too hot for me. So at the next occasion I went there again, I was tried level of two. I could enjoyed it. I usually asked to mixed it with chickens feet, meatballs or sausage and vegetables exactly.

Seblak Minguns has some of branches, like: Letda branch, Kalijaga branch, and Karang Branch. Letda branch open from 09.00 a.m. until 22.00 p.m. (WIB), Kalijaga branch open from 10.00 a.m. until 21.30 p.m. (WIB), Karang branch open from 09.00 a.m. until 21.30 p.m. (WIB) (23rd June 2019).

Now, whenever I go to Tuban, I usually go to Seblak Minguns, although I go to the place for many times, but I never get bored to enjoy the food, sometimes I also buy it to bring to my hometown in Lamongan, East Java.

These are some photos of Seblak Minguns:
